This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Would you please provide the available BWC video footage of the incidents below.
On July 5, 2024 – Henry J Garcia Cruz, age 30 of Dover, NJ was arrested by Ptl. Michael DelRusso.
On July 10, 2024 – Eric A. Battersby, age 30 of Randolph, NJ was arrested by Ptl. Daniel DeVito.

Good morning Nicolai: We are in receipt of your August 19, 2024, OPRA
request for the BWC video footage for the following incidents:
July 5, 2024 arrest of Henry Garcia Cruz and July 10, 2024, arrest of Eric
A. Battersby.
With regard to same, the footage is too large to be sent electronically.
We can put both incidents on one thumb drive and mail same to you, or you
can pick up. The charge for the thumb drive is $25. Please advise.
