I am submitting this request for public records pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the common law right of access. There is no requirement for an official form for this request. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this email.

Topic of Request: I am seeking records related to complaints or concerns involving telephonic or other communications associated with members of the Washington Borough Council members and borough staff.

Individuals potentially involved:
Mayor Ethel Conry
Deputy Mayor Louann Cox
Council Members: Cassandra Gorshkov, Edward France, Christopher Infinito, Sherri Musick, Jerry Brown.
Paid staff members working for Washington Borough

Records Requested: Please provide all pertinent documents and communications including, but not limited to, police reports, audio recordings, complaints, notes, emails, text messages, letters, and any other related records.

When: From January 1, 2024, to the present.
