Public records for Somerset County Joint Insurance Fund RFP for Fund Actuary
Dear Somerset County Joint Insurance Fund,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, Inc. would like to request the following information in regards to Somerset County Joint Insurance Fund RFP for Fund Actuary:
1. All evaluation information from the selection
2. The winning proposal of the selected firm
3. The awarded fees of the selected firm
4. Most recent actuarial report
We understand that certain records maintained by your agency may contain information designated by third parties as confidential, proprietary, or trade secret. We request that the agency carefully review all responsive materials prior to release and withhold or redact any portions that are protected under applicable state or federal law.
If, despite these precautions, our organization inadvertently receives records containing confidential or proprietary information belonging to another party, we will promptly delete or permanently remove those materials from our systems upon notice or discovery and will not further disseminate or use them in any way.
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

I am writing to request an internal review of Somerset County Joint Insurance Fund's handling of my OPRA request 'Public records for Somerset County Joint Insurance Fund RFP for Fund Actuary'.
I submitted an OPRA request on February 24, 2026 regarding the Somerset County Joint Insurance Fund RFP for Fund Actuary, the public agency is required to respond to such requests withing seven business days. The statutory deadline for this request was March 3, 2026, and I have not received a response or written extension. As such, the Fund is currently out of compliance with OPRA response requirement. Please confirm receipt of this follow-up and provide the requested records as soon as possible.
