This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
We are looking for records on the following property- 77 Evergreen Ave Edison NJ 08827
#1- Was there any permits issued on the property, are there any closed permits
#2- Are there any open permits on the property currently,
#3 Are there any open liens on the property (Utility Delinquent liens (if possible as well)
#4 is there any history of tax delinquencies or code violations,
#5 a property survey if available
& to please look back in the records as far as possible-
