Dear Mansfield Township (Warren),
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Invoices, records of payment, vouchers, purchase orders, and legal bills with detailed billing entries from all firms, attorneys, agents, representatives, consultants, vendors, and third parties retained, assigned, authorized, or otherwise engaged directly or indirectly by the Township of Mansfield, or by its attorneys or law firms on its behalf, in connection with Sosis v. Twp of Mansfield Committee, et al., including but not limited to Docket Nos. WRN-L-000298-21 and A-002661-21.
This request expressly includes, without limitation:
• Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor, LLC (including all prior or alternate firm names, spellings, or iterations)
• Lavery, Selvaggi & Cohen, P.C.
• Any individual attorneys affiliated with the above firms who performed work on the matter
• Any other law firm, attorney, consultant, or vendor who billed the Township in connection with the above-referenced litigation
For avoidance of doubt, this request includes all records reflecting:
• Legal services rendered
• Time entries and billing narratives (unredacted except for legally privileged content, with privilege log provided)
• Payments made or approved
• Retainers, engagement agreements, or amendments
• Any internal Township records reflecting approval, processing, or payment of such invoices
