4.A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multi family properties that are going through the divorce process.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

Dear Mr. Santiago,
In response to your above referenced OPRA request, attached please a list of the delinquent water/sewer accounts that have been disconnected.
Our Fire Official has provided the following regarding fire damage in the last month:
3 Dance Lane - Exterior damage only
31-1 Trumbull Road - Exterior damage only
50 Birch Hill Road - Basement damage
Please be advised that while the Township does not have a Vacant Property Registration Ordinance, we do have an ordinance (see below links) which requires that an out of state creditor notify the Township’s Clerk office of the in state representative as outlined in T.O. 245-24.
