In response to your below OPRA request:

1. Please find attached
2. Anything regarding Probate is handled by the Ocean County Surrogate's Office. Brick Township would not be notified.
3. Anything Evictions is handled through the courts which are not subject to OPRA. Please contact the courts directly.
4. Again Brick Township is not notified regarding Divorce proceedings in relations to property.
5. and 8. - Utilities are handled by the Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority which is separate. Please contact them directly.
6. We do not have an abandoned properties list. We do have a Vacant Properties list. Please find attached.
7. We do not have such a list. Please contact the Brick Township Fire Bureau.

4.A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multi family properties that are going through the divorce process.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months
