5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

The Borough does not keep a listed record – information is available on a
per address request only.
2. A list of all residential vacant land, single family and
multi-family properties that are currently in the probate process.
The Borough does not have jurisdiction in the probate process.
3. A list of all residential single family, and multi-family
properties that are in the eviction process.
The Borough does not have jurisdiction in the eviction process.
4. A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and
multi-family properties that are going through the divorce process.
The Borough does not have jurisdiction in the divorce process.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi-family
properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name,
and balance owed provided please.
At this time, due to State imposed COVID-19 moratoriums there is not a
delinquency list.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi-family
properties that are flagged abandoned.
This Borough does not keep a flagged abandoned property list.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi-family
properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
This request has been forwarded to the Borough’s Fire Official. Response
to follow.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi-family
properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months
At this time, due to State imposed COVID-19 moratoriums there is not a
delinquency list.
At this time, we anticipate the response regarding fire damage by July 16,
