Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., including N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5, I respectfully request access to and copies of public records concerning an incident involving Adriana Aponte-Neira, documented by the Wildwood Police Department.
The incident reportedly occurred on 3 March 2024, at approximately 2:05 AM, in Wildwood, New Jersey.

Any photographs, witness statements, evidence/property records, citations, and digital evidence inventories.
Any interview, booking, processing, or custodial audio/video recordings related to the incident.
Please provide the records electronically by email or downloadable link. Because responsive footage may have already been publicly released, I respectfully request any previously released or previously redacted publicly releasable versions, if available.
If any portion is exempt, please provide reasonably segregable redacted portions and identify the specific statutory exemption relied upon. If fees apply, please provide a detailed estimate before processing.
