On March 2, 2021, I sent an Open Public Records Act request to your office, requesting the last three years of annual reports filed with the state attorney general. Per OPRA guidelines, the due date for a response was today, March 11th. Please have this matter attended to promptly.

Good Morning,
I was hoping to have the documents provided to me so I could review and disburse to you today, but due to the disruption from the pandemic unfortunately I have not yet been provided the annual reports. Per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i)(2) and Executive Order 222, please note that the seven business day OPRA deadline has been relaxed as long as the state of emergency remains in effect.
