Dear Mr. Roberts:
Please be advised that your OPRa request dated November 24th to the
Township requesting Property tax appeals filed last 4 years and
disposition of each case is voluminous and vague.  we ask for further
clarification as to the specific document you are requesting.  If it is in
fact the entire file, those files/records are in storage off-site.  There
are approximately 1500 file folders containing anywhere from 2 to 20 pages
of letter and legal sizes.  Complying this request would require an
extraordinary amount of staff time and resources and pursuant to NJSA
47:1A-5(c) we estimate that it will take approximately 60 hours to
retrieve, review, redact and reproduce the information requested.  As such
the estimated cost to provide this information would be $1,363.20 for
staff time plus copy costs of $690.00.
If you so desire us to proceed we would need a 50% deposit of the above
amounts.
