The County Clerk would not be the Custodian of Record for the County. All OPRA Requests should be submitted to: https://monmouthcountynj.nextrequest.com.

That being said, the County does not have copies of surveys. Sometimes, the deed to a property may mention that a survey was done by a surveying company. You could try and contact that company to see if they have a copy. If not, a new survey would have to be requested, by you, from a surveying company.
