The email/opra request below for records regarding 456 Marathon Court is not a property in Lavallette. We have small towns next to us that use our zip code for postal purposes only. They pay taxes to Toms River Township or Brick Township depending on where it is. Some of the names of these towns are Ocean Beach, Chadwick Beach Island, Monterrey Beach, Sea Crest Beach, Ortley Beach, which are all Toms River Township. Also, Normandy Beach which is half Toms River Township and half Brick Township so you will need to figure out where this property is exactly and then request the records from that town.
