Dear Alexandria Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

5. Copies of all applications for permits and permit approvals made to the Township from 1997 through the present for the property located at 410 Goritz Road, Milford (Alexandria), NJ, known as Block 114, Lot 14;
6. Copies of all open permits against the property located at 410 Goritz Road, Milford (Alexandria), NJ, known as Block 114, Lot 14;

I'm in receipt of your OPRA below.
The Township has an extensive file on this property and will see what we can do to email all the documents. We cannot email the plans. You can make arrangements to review the plans in our office. There is no public water or sewer in the Township, all homes have well and septic. You will want to file an OPRA request with the Hunterdon County Health Department to obtain the records of any permits/inspections for the septic/well installed at this property. There are also active violations that are still open and will be provided to you as well.
Please be advised you have the wrong Block/Lot for this property- its B- 3, Lot 40.10.

Than you for the response. I realize now that I had the incorrect block and lot. However, isn't this property Block 4, Lot 9.01? The address is 410 Goritz Road.

Sorry about that-
We looked up 401 Goritz Road, not 410 Goritz Road, so I apologize there. We will pull the records for:
410 Goritz Road
B-4, L-9.01
We do not have much on this particular property so there will not be much coming your way. Same will hold true for the blueprints if we have them, you will need to come to the office to review them. If the home is older than 10 years old, then we no longer have the blue prints on file.
This home has septic/well so make sure to file your OPRA with the County Health Department

Hi Brian-
I sent you the property record card we have on file and the building department sent you what she had. I also sent you a email advising you that the Tax Collector was off last week but would be in this week to let you know what she had in her files if anything and that you could visit our Township website to look up the tax bill information along with directions on how to access that information. I will forward you the email that was sent to you with this information.

Attached is what our Tax Collector has on file for the requested property.
There is nothing in the BLQ file. There is no record of Liens.
You have received everything from the Tax Collector, Assessor and the
Building Department.
