1. Complete permit history - including open and closed permits, any approvals and applications not completed
2. Copies of any violations or fines if any
3. Copies of any abandoned oil tanks or other tanks or any known property restrictions
4. Copies of any abandoned septic tanks, wells or cesspools
5. Copies of municipal assessments currently being billed or any pending assessments
6. Copy of updated property tax card
7. Copy of any property tax increase information to date since the recent remodel of this home

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
