Property Records
Please provide me with a list of the following:
1. A list of properties that have been condemned and/or have code violations
2. A list of properties with outstanding liens
3. A list of properties which the water has been shut off
4. A list of vacant properties
5. A list of Land Lords
If such a list is not avaialble, please don't reject the entire OPRA request but instead
fulfill those which you do have the list(s) for.

The Borough of Butler received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on April 1, 2024. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is April 10, 2024. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 7th business day following custodian’s receipt of said request.
Attached, please find copies of the lien status report. There are no documents pertaining to any condemned properties or code violations. The only property on our vacant property registration at this time is 12 Adalist Ave., Butler.
No properties have their water shut off. Additionally, we do not maintain a list of land lords.
These records are being transmitted to you via e-mail, as per your request. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., there is no cost associated with this request.
