I am working to complete your OPRA request; however, some areas are vague and need further clarification for me to complete your request.
1. Record request 1-8 are asking for property details relating to permits. Please clarify the types of permits you are requesting.
2. Your request is seeking variances. Variances are not filed by the property address, rather by the year they are obtained. Please provide a more narrow date range (month & year), as OPRA requests are not for research.
3. Ongoing/Code Enforcement actions (to include all emails) - This request is not clear to me. Please clarify

1. I am requesting all open and closed permits. I will narrow my original timeframe which was 2018- present to January 2020 to present.
2. I understand the request is not for research. I will narrow the timeframe from the original 2018 - present to January 2020 to present.
3. I am looking for all open or closed zoning violations and correspondence from any zoning official in regards to the above listed addresses and I will again narrow the original timeframe from 2018 - present to January 2020 to present.
