1. A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multi family properties that are delinquent on their taxes, behind 1-3 years from today. Please include balance owed, address, and owner name.
2. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties with code violations on them for the last 3 months from today. Address, and owner name provided please.
3. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
4. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.

I am informing you now that we will not have information on item #3.

Water is a private matter. Sewage is included in our overall tax bill.

 

As for the other items, the OPRA has been distributed to the appropriate
departments.

Attached please find four pages of documentation regarding your OPRA request of February 25.
The first two pages satisfy item #1.
The third page satisfies item #2.
The third page satisfies items #5.

As I stated in an email on February 25, the Town of Secaucus does not have information on item #3.
Water is a private matter. Sewage is included in our overall tax bill.

As for item #4, I have sent this OPRA to an outside source. I will keep you updated and I will get you the information when it is provided to me.

Please be advised that there is no record of violations being recorded on
residential single or multi-family residences with the last 3 months (#2)
in the PROCHAMPS database, at this time.

Request #4 we would not be able to provide abandoned as that would require
an inspection by the community.

The request for #1,3 and 5, PROCHAMPS does not have that information in
our database.

registration was updated by the Responsible Parties and/or reviewed by
PROCHAMPS.
