1) Morris Plains does not have an abandoned properties list
2) The are no properties marked as condemned.
3) There are no properties with a notice of abatement issued from 1/1/2022 to present.
4) There are no residential properties that are fire damaged from 1/1/2022 to the present
5) Attached please see all residential properties with delinquent property taxes.
6) Sewer is included in the taxes and water bills are through SMCMUA (Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Co.
7) There are no residential Liens
8) There are no properties that have a code enforcement complaint opened for high grass and/or junk/debris from 1/1/2022 to present.
