Chester Township Custodian of Records on Friday, June 24, 2022.  This
response is being provided on the 5th business day following receipt of
your request.  Your request and Chester Township's responses are below:

marked as vacant and/or abandoned
Chester Township does not have any records responsive to this request, as
we do not track vacant and/or abandoned properties.
2. Addresses of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that are
marked as condemned
There are no records responsive to this request.
3. Addresses of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that have
had a notice of abatement issued, specifically from 1/1/2022 to the
present day
There are no records responsive to this request.  Chester Township does
not issue abatement letters.
4. Addresses of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that are
fire damaged, specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day
There are no records responsive to this request.  
5. Addresses of all residential properties with delinquent property taxes,
specifically for the past 2 quarters
Responsive records are attached.
6. Addresses of all residential properties with delinquent water and sewer
bills, specifically for the past 2 quarters
Chester Township does not bill for water or sewer, so there are no
responsive records.
7. Addresses of all residential properties with an active municipal owned
lien
Responsive records are attached.
8. Addresses of all residential properties that have had a code
enforcement complaint opened for high grass and/or junk/debris,
specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day"
Chester Township does not have a property maintenance ordinance.  Attached
please find a list of properties that have a complaint opened for a
nuisance violation, including junk/debris, from 1/1/22 through today.
