Numbers 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 which are probate, divorce and utilities we do not have those departments here. Good morning,

The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 2/3/2022.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is 2/14/2022.

The request was for: “1. A list of all residential single family, and
multifamily properties with code violations on them for the last 3 months

Please see attached documents responsive to Number 1 and 6 only.  I
emailed you on 2/03/2022 letting you know that #’s 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 which
are probate, divorce and utilities we would not have those documents nor
departments here.  Number 7 you will have to email our Old Bridge Fire
Dept. District 3 at: [1][email address] to get those documents.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Old Bridge to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.

questions about the law.  All questions regarding complaints filed in
