2. A list of all residential vacant land, single family and multi family properties that are currently in the probate process.
3. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties that are in the eviction process.
4.A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multi family properties that are going through the divorce process.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

Dear Mr. Santiago,
In response to your below OPRA request, attached please find the delinquent Utilities Report from our Water and Sewer department. No utilities have been disconnected for non-payment. Our Fire Official does not have any record of fire damaged property during this time frame. There are no code violations. As mentioned in our previous OPRA response, please be advised that while the Township does not have a Vacant Property Registration Ordinance, we do have an ordinance (see below links) which requires that an out of state creditor notify the Township’s Clerk office of the in state representative as outlined in T.O. 245-24.
