Hi Debbie,

The below permit is open:

I am not sure if this is closed through Tewksbury Township (they do our
construction permits) or Hunterdon County (they do our BOH).  I see in the
file there is a deed restriction because of the septic.  It relates to the
advanced treatment system maintenance.  I believe this deed restrictions
is put on by the County.

My buyer has been told by someone else at Hunterdon CTY that there are
permits not closed, deed restrictions on property. Do you have any other
information. I have also sent an OPRA request to Hunterdon CTY.
