Dear Southampton Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2)
2) All condemned properties
3) All residential properties with delinquent taxes from 2018-present
4) All properties that are absentee-owned
I greatly appreciate all of your help

I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated 12/7/2021. The township has 7 business days from 12/8/2021 to send you the requested documents. The following documents were requested.
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2) - Clerks office will provide
2) All condemned properties - Construction office will provide
3) All residential properties with delinquent taxes from 2018-present- Tax Collectors office will provide
4) All properties that are absentee-owned - No such document
I have copied the appropriate departments who will respond to 1, 2 & 3.
Documents in possession will be provided on or before December 16, 2021 unless there is a need for an extension of date.
