This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multifamily properties that are delinquent on their taxes, behind 1-3 years from today. Please include balance owed, address, and owner name.
2. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties with code violations on them for the last 3 months from today. Address, and owner name provided please.
3. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
4. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.

In regard to the attached OPRA request, please be advised of the

Item 1: An extension of time to March 23, 2021 is needed in order to
provide the response to this portion of the request (delinquent taxes).
Item: 2: Code violations are filed by property address. In order to
search for records, kindly provide the address of the property.
Item 3: The City of Atlantic City does not have records responsive to this
portion of the request (delinquent utility balances).

Good morning:
Attached is the balance of the response to your OPRA request from the Tax
Collector’s Office.
Please note: Due to the Tax Collector’s Office having an Accelerated Tax
Lien Sale every year, the properties in delinquent status will have an
open tax lien. The attached is a list of properties with
delinquencies/liens. We cannot provide a list that will separate by
property class. The list has all outstanding tax liens from 2018-2021.
(Not all liens listed are held by the City).
