2- As to Section 2 of your request, please be advised the City does not
maintain records in such manner. You need to specify the property address
for which you are requesting records.
 
3- As to Section 3 of your request, please be advised the City does not
maintain water/sewer/septic records. Those are maintained by the JC
Municipal Utilities Authority. You'd need to submit your request directly
to them.
 
4- As to Section 4 of your request, I will have your request circulated to
the Tax Collector's Office for those records only.
