1- As to Section 1 of your request, please be advised the City does not
maintain records in such manner. You need to specify the property address
for which you are requesting violations records.
2- As to Section 2 of your request, please be advised the City does not
maintain water/sewer/septic records. Those are maintained by the JC
Municipal Utilities Authority. You'd need to submit your request directly
to them.
 
3- As to Section 3 of your request, I will have your request circulated to
the Tax Collector's Office for those records only.
 
4- As to Section 4 of your request, I have attached the three (3) lists of

Good afternoon, Monica. I'm Hjordys Espinal, Gabriella's Supervisor.

In regard to your question, we can't unfortunately help you. You
registered through that phony "opramachine" site instead of registering
directly through our website. You could have created a profile on our
website using your own email, name and phone number, and then use it as
many times for as many OPRAs you wanted. In that case I would had been
able to send you a temporary password if you didn't remember; unlock the
account if it got locked; or call you for any questions. But since you
used that system, I am unable to help you.  However, I don't know why you
can't access it, since you were able to send us this message.
I intended to call you to explain, but you didn't provide a phone number
either.  And since I'm the one who receives and assigns the OPRAs, I saw
you filed about six (6) requests last week. So, I'm afraid you're going to
have the same issues.
