#1- Was there Ever a permit to remove a Oil tank from this property
#2- Was there any permits issued on the property, are there any closed permits
#3- Are there any open permits on the property currently,
#4 Are there any open liens on the property (Utility Delinquent liens (if possible as well)
#5 is there any history of tax delinquencies or code violations,
#6 a property survey if available
& to please look back in the records as far as possible-
