Dear Southampton Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested (3):
1. Spreadsheet of Open Code Violations: Please provide a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV format) containing the following information for all properties currently having open code violations:
-Property Address
-Owner Name(s)
-Block and Lot Number
-Date of Violation(s)
-Type of Violation(s) (Please provide detailed descriptions, including relevant code sections)
-Current Status of Each Violation (Open, pending, resolved, etc.)
2. Spreadsheet of Recent Inspection Failures: Please provide a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV format) containing the following information for all properties that have failed a building, plumbing, electrical, or fire inspection within the past 18 months:
-Property Address
-Owner Name(s)
-Block and Lot Number
-Date of Inspection
-Type of Inspection (Building, plumbing, electrical, fire)
-Reason for Failure (Please provide detailed descriptions)
3. Property Maintenance Records: If available in electronic format (PDF or similar), please also provide any property maintenance records, including inspection reports, notices of violation, and correspondence related to code compliance for the properties listed in the spreadsheets above for the past five years. If these records are not readily available electronically, please advise on the procedure for obtaining this.
