I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to present, as well as the Property Card. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and septic tanks, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank and septic tank location.

Attached are the records responsive to this request.
Please not the permit for the removal of the UST remains open.
The Borough has had a sewer system for over 100 years and know of no septic systems that were in existence for this property built in 1925.
There were no surveys or reports in the file.
