Records requested:
I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to present, as well as the Property Card. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and/or septic tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank and/or septic tank location.

The house was built in 1990
Inground pool installed 1996
Foundation was reinforced in 2016
All the above are approved and closed
There is an open permit for arsenic removal system (17-0819) still needs
electric and plumbing inspections to close.
The Code Enforcement Dept. has no records of storage tanks or spills.
