Property Information
Dear Wayne Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A list of property addresses that, as of today, have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
2. A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since the beginning of the year. Please provide the type of violation.
3. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.

REGARDING: Your OPRA Request Form - Clarification Needed
Thank you for your records request.
In order to process your request please reply back with clarification and
please be advised that until we receive clarification of records you are
seeking, we cannot process this request.
1. VIOLATIONS (Must name specifically identifiable records or advise
from what department(s), i.e. Building Dept, Health Dept)
This request will be considered closed if this office does not hear back
from you within 7 business days (October 20, 2022).

Please advise if you are seeking documents of Building Dept. Violations
(work without permits and others), or if you are seeking documents of
failed inspections (which is a big list).
