Dear Andover Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide copies of all building permits and certificates issued as well as all related supporting documents (plans, blueprints, etc.) for construction, building alterations, electrical work, plumbing work, excavations and other improvements for principal structures, accessory structures and pool for the property address 49 Old Creamery Rd, Andover, NJ [block 34 lot 6.07]

Also, please provide tax records that show the impact these improvements have had on the taxes assessed.

Please note, we are not legally able to provide blueprints, so these will
not be provided. 
In addition, plans are not able to be provided as they need to be paid
for. In order to do so, we require ID and payment before we have copies
