Property deeds

2. Deed Book 2913/starts at pg. 419.
3. Deed Book 3054/starts at pg. 403.
4. Execution Book 17/starts at pg. 43. (Dated 2/2/1959).

What type of document are you looking for "Execution Book 17". I don't
think that is the correct name for the book. Maybe I can find it by the
type of document.

Hi Ms. Saviet,
If you check Deed Book 1973, Page 309 it says "Recorded Ocean County Clerk's Office, February 2, 1959, Book 17 Page 43 of Executions." Trying to get the date that Robert A./Jessie M. Parkinson purchased that Laurelton Park property. A survey is mentioned in that deed as being done in 1956, so another way to possibly go about it would be to check in the deed index for grantee Robert/Jessie Parkinson for the years 1956-1959.

I'm going to have to look into this. The property may have been
conveyed through a will which might be what they mean by Execution Book.
Let me check with the Surrogate's Office to see if this is their book.

We do not have a book called Executions. I even checked with the
Surrogate's office because you can transfer property through a will and
not necessarily have a deed but they also do not have an Execution Book.
I did read the Sheriff's deed that stated this. It could possibly be a
court record. Back in the 50's, the courts were the jurisdiction of the
County Clerk but now they are the jurisdiction of the State of New
Jersey.
