Hello. I am writing to check on the status of the OPRA request I filed on September 6. A response was due by September 16. I only know the clerk's office had forwarded my request to the register's office, but have yet to hear any response from the register's office.

Hello. Whatever replies were sent prior to today never arrived here, so I appreciate you re-sending the reply.
I had requested five property deeds and sent you the exact books & pages to copy, however the only one you said you could locate was a mortgage from 2019 (the property deed to that relevant page is from 102 years prior, in 1917). I am not asking for mortgages, I am asking for property deeds, so I don't know exactly what else you need to find these five property deeds, but here are the relevant Block & Lot numbers as you requested (these are how the Block & Lots are listed in more recent deed data, so they may have changed since the 1940's):

I see on a deed from 1971 that these "books" are sometimes called Libers, so if that helps any, such as "Liber 1974 of Deeds at page 418."

I would normally just file a new OPRA request, but since we had trouble with the emails arriving last time, I am listing it below to make sure it arrives to you. These would be the next 7 property deeds I need.
Dated 7/21/1899, Book 728, starting at Page 426.
Dated 11/26/1906, Book 967, starting at Page 213.
Dated 9/6/1910, Book 1075, starting at Page 260.
Dated 7/3/1914, Book 1185, starting at Page 292.
Dated 3/16/1932, Book 1791, starting at Page 418.
Dated 3/8/1933, Book 1807, starting at Page 630.
Dated 11/6/1937, Book 1907, starting at Page 456.
I will file the new official OPRA request later today, so be on the lookout for it. I believe with OPRA Machine, it first goes to the clerk and then gets forwarded to you. In case it does not arrive, those are the deeds above to send copies of.
