Property deeds
Dear Ocean County Clerk's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Deed Book 1301/starts at pg. 180.
2. Deed Book N/A/starts at pg. 101. (Please note: Deed Book may either be 2516 or 2546, deed involves Alessandro Calianese).
3./4. Two deeds in a row: Deed Book 2841/starts at pg. 309 and Deed Book 2841/starts at pg. 312.

#2 Deed books and pages are incorrect.
2516-101 is for a deed between Hingliffe to Hoglander and 2546-101 is in
the middle of a deed for Furzynski to Tepper.

Dear Ms. Saviet,
My apologies on the wrong numbers. The record I am working off of for this deed is a Property Record Card from Brick, in which the handwriting is not too good. The other possibility could be Deed Book 2526/Pg. 101. It is hard to make out on the property record card, but I believe it says the deed was recorded on 10/5/1965, if that is any help. The buyer's names are Alessandro and Joan Calianese. Hopefully that information helps locate the deed.
