With regard to your OPRA request dated July 19, 2023, see attached
responsive documents. As for your requested item #3 “copy of inspector’s
report done in April and/or May 2023”, the Township does not maintain any
document responsive to this request, and therefore none is being provided.
OPRA defines a “government record” as any paper or other tangible material
that has been made, maintained or kept on file in the course of the public
entity’s official business. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1
