All property addresses that have any of the following "New Jersey State Land Use Codes":

1 - Vacant Land
2 - Residential (1-4 Units)
4A - Commercial
4B - Industrial
4C - Apartment Buildings (5 or more Units)

Please include the following information with each property address:

- Zoning District
- # of Units (if multi family, mixed use, or has multiple commercial/industrial tenants)

An example would look like this:

Address, Use Code, Zoning, Units
123 Main St, 2, R-3, 3

Please return your findings in an excel spreadsheet.

Hi Cristal,

I've made this request to several other municipalities. It seems that the tax assessor is the one who is usually able to fulfill this request when it comes to the "NJ State Land Use Code" and # of units per building.
