Dear Westville Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All properties that currently have delinquent property taxes which date back up to 2 years that have balances greater than $1000.
All properties that are absentee-owned
All properties that are deemed vacant/abandoned
All properties in probate
All properties with delinquent sewer bills which date back up to 1 year, this list should also include balances greater than $500.
All properties with code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed, the type of violation related to each particular property.
All properties with water shut off notice within the last 3 months.

Am working on your request for delinquent charges, abandoned properties
and vacant owner. There are no prior year balances - if there were, they
had gone to tax sale February 2020 ( for the 2019 year). There have been
no water shut off's due to the Govenor's executive order. As of the last
executive order there are no interest, late fees or disruption of services
dating back to March 13, 2020. I should have some of the list to you by
Monday or Tuesday next week.
