Dear Delanco Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All properties that currently have delinquent property taxes which date back up to 2 years that have balances greater than $1000.
All properties that are absentee-owned
All properties that are deemed vacant/abandoned
All properties in probate
All properties with delinquent sewer bills which date back up to 1 year, this list should also include balances greater than $500.
All properties with code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed, the type of violation related to each particular property.
All properties with water shut off notice within the last 3 months.

Per your OPRA request, please be advised that water shut off notices are through NJ American Water which provides water service to Delanco. Also, Delanco does not require the registration/filing of vacant properties. The other items which are requested have been sent to the appropriate departments and the documents/lists will be provided directly from that department.

Below is an OPRA request for various information on Delanco properties in
town. Please address your specific area, such as delinquent taxes,
delinquent sewer, code violations, rental property list (absentee owned),
etc. Please send your documents/lists directly to the requestor:

the email below) and CC or BCC me for my files. I will respond to the
requestor that water shut off files are through NJ American Water and that
Delanco does not have a vacant property registration requirement.
