Proof that David J. Kenny has any credentials or certifications to play the role of first responder at the Hamilton Animal Shelter. On 7/18/19 David J. Kenny responded with the Hamilton Township Police Department to the Hamilton animal shelter due to two people wishing to volunteer their services.
Has Mayor Yaede deputized Mr. David Kenny as a public safety officer.
Is there any record that Mr. Kenny has been renamed Barney Fife and referred to the same by Chief Stevens?
