I am seeking clarification for the below listed OPRA request.

The Township does not have a list of all attorneys, engineers, prosecutors and defenders from 2012-2019. Our Finance Department requires the specific names of those appointed to those positions to be able to provide the fees paid.

Therefore, in order to fulfill your request, the Township would have to research 7 years' worth of appointments to create a list of all of our attorneys, engineers, prosecutors and defenders, to provide to our Finance Department to fulfill this request.

As you know research and creating a new document are both not covered under the OPRA statute.

Is there a specific firm that you are looking for?
