response to your OPRA request regarding Antonio Manata. Attached please

 3. Transfer and Salary docs

Note that in order to evaluate your rights to the contents of Mr. Manata's
Internal Affairs file under the common law, we would need a statement from
you explaining your interest in the release of his files. The reasons are
explained in further detail in the Closing and Follow Up letter.
