Election years requested: Primary and General Elections; 2021 and 2022:
1. Informed by Section 3 of P.L. 1995, c.195 (C19:59-14 as amended), copy of all and inclusive overseas voter or overseas federal election voter’s or overseas State and federal election voter’s statement of certification, executed and certifying the subject voter’s signature by pledge.
2. Informed by Section 4 of P.L. 1995, c. 195 (C.19:59-15 as amended), copy of written protocol and list of all and inclusive overseas voter or overseas federal election voter’s or overseas State and federal election voter’s ballots which were subject to investigation, extending to judicial imposition and impound of such documents, further informed by (cf: P.L. 2017, c.39, c.16).
I hereby request certifications that the record(s) produced are correct pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”), New Jersey S.A. 47:1A-13. I can provide a thumb drive to facilitate saving the produced, in the original or common electronic format, unless you prefer to provide same. If no such records exist, kindly reply to affirm in writing.
If my request does not adequately describe the records to be produced, please contact me via e-mail so that I may clarify my request, and when appropriate inform me of the manner in which records are filed, retrieved or generated.
Pursuant to OPRA, within five business days of the receipt of this request, I ask the courtesy of your reply or denial in writing, to include a reason of any denial in whole or part, or provide a date certain when such a response can be reasonably expected. If for any reason any portion of my request is denied, please inform me of same including the name, job title, address and e-mail address of the person or body to whom an appeal should be directed.

I am writing to request an internal review of Camden County's handling of my OPRA request 'Primary & General Elections 2021 & 2022'.
I was informed that the OPRA request would be given on or about June 30th, 2023. It is now July 10, 2023. Please update on when my FOIA will be answered. Below is the FOIA request again. Thank you.

The Letter I was sent stated there were documents responsive to my request for Item #1, but I did not receive any attached documents for this Item. Please advise where the documents are so I can retrieve them. Item #2 was no responsive records to the request. Thank you.
