Policemen on duty

We're waiting for John W. Milner to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Belmar Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide me with a list of the number of patrolmen on duty, in patrol cars, during a normal weekday, 10 hour shift.

Yours faithfully,

John W. Milner

April Claudio, Belmar Borough

Our full time  patrol officers work 2hr shift and it could be anywhere
from 3 to 5 officers per shift every 12hrs.  At a minimum, there are 3
officers on. In the future you can file OPRA requests online
at [1]https://belmarborough.nextrequest.com/. Keep in mind your
request was not a valid OPRA request as you did not ask for records but
rather asked a question. In the future you can contact the Police
Department with your questions.
Thank you.

Dear April Claudio,

Thank you for your reply. The document in question is called a "Patrol Shift Roster". However, your information is just as good. Have a great day!
