This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. 1 . Please provide copies of all of your police department’s Use of Force Reports that were created from from January 1, 2017 to October 30th, 2017.

2. Please also provide your police department’s Police Use of Deadly Force Attorney General Deadly Notification Reports filed for the same time period (January 1, 2017 to October 30th, 2017).

Mr. Rozzi,
Greetings. I am in receipt of our request dated today 10/30/17. I will
forward this to our Police and for legal review. Please advise that
additional time may be required to produce these records. Therefore, we
are informing you that we will attempt to produce any available records
within eleven (11) business days (Tuesday November 14th). Should the files
be able to be produced, and available at an earlier date, I will reach out
to you and inform you of such. Thank you.
