The Evesham Township Clerk’s Office received your OPRA request on January
28, 2021. The Evesham Township Police Department Records Custodian
received your OPRA request on February 3, 2021. The seven (7) business
day deadline to respond to your request is February 12, 2021. This
response to your request is being provided to you on the 1st business day
after the custodian’s receipt of your request.
Your OPRA request sought access to the following: “...Current Police

time, we request clarification of your OPRA request.
The ETPD currently has 316 directives including Rules & Regulations
totaling over 2000 pages. Attached is a listing of these policies. Please
review the listing and clarify the specific directives you are seeking.
Please note that if you are seeking every directive, a significant
extension of time will be required for review and redaction of individual
policies.
Failure to provide written clarification of your request by February 3,
2021 will result in the closure of this OPRA request. If this occurs, you
may submit another OPRA request at that time.
