Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I hereby request access to the following government records:

1. The total number of current active Police Sergeants employed by the Jersey City Police Department as of August 1, 2025, including their full names and current titles. (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).

2. The total number of Police Sergeant positions authorized or funded in the Jersey City Police Department’s budget for the current fiscal year.

This request is made in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6(f):
* This request is being submitted electronically and contains all information required under OPRA.
* I am NOT required to complete the agency’s official form, nor to submit this request via any specific software.
