Police reports/records re: 6/6/20 Protest in Berlin Borough
Dear Berlin Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All police reports, records, investigation notes, and other data collected by the Berlin Township Police Department in regards to the protest and march in Berlin Borough on Saturday, June 6th, 2020. This specifically includes photographs taken by police or any photos or video taken via electronic or technological means before, during, and after the June 6th protest in regards to that event or any investigations thereof. Berlin Township PD responded and was present at this event in addition to Berlin Borough officers.
