This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. For the following incidents;

- Incident involving PTL. Raymond Lapoint on Hulse Avenue on 12/10/2021 at approximately 6:23pm - resulting in citation E21 7685 being issued.

- Motor Vehicle Stop conducted by PTL. Michael Miller on Hooper Ave on 11/28/2022 at approximately 12:24pm - resulting in citations E22 5511, E22 5512 being issued.

Please provide:

- Incident report

- CAD Details

- Law enforcement findings

- Copy's of citation

- All documentation for incidents

If possible without occurring a fee by Twp employees:

- Radio transmissions

- Body camera

- Dash cam

If a fee will be incurred please disregard these items.
